Today we took and early train and left La Spezia at 7:40 to get to Florence in time for our Uffizi time slot at 10:30.

I had a red pear which kinda looked and tasted like a pear/apple hybrid

We switched trains in Pisa which was normal, however the train stopped in Empoli and we were delayed there for exactly 58 minutes according to Gabi. I of course didn’t notice it to much cause I was napping and then I woke up and had a snack while we were stopped.

We were apparently stopped because they had reduced the active tracks for maintenance and then another train or something had mechanical issues and blocked the pathway.

We ended up in Florence around 11 ish but it was okay because we could still go in using our tickets.

the Gallery was nice but it was very hot and crowded. We didn’t stay too long as the area was very congested.

After the gallery Gabi went to meet up with some of the others while I stayed with the group from La Spezia, as we were going to bus back to Montespertoli.

However we all ended up meeting each-other at the bus terminal anyways.

I slept all the way back to Montespertoli. However instead of waking up 10-15 minutes before our destination (Which I have somehow managed to do this entire trip) I was still sleeping, and Gabi almost got off the bus with oh me…

But it’s okay because she didn’t leave me.

We all went our separate ways when we got back as everyone had busy past days. We put in laundry then went to the grocery store to get food for dinner and some snacks.

Gabi made pasta we bought in La Spezia and I made a mushroom sauce for myself.

It was just three of us (Gabi, Jackson and I) for dinner but it was okay because we because we were all tired.

After dinner we wen’t to go get gelato.

Then it was bed time.
