Today we went on a 12km walk to Turbone. It was hot but it was very easy compared to Cinque Terre.

We walked to Trattoria Palmenti (https://www.ipalmenti.it/) were we ate lunch.

I tried chicken liver (brown spread on the bread) and it didn’t taste that bad but I didn’t finish it because the idea of eating chicken liver was weirding me out.

After lunch we took the bus back to Montespertoli. When we got back I was very cold from the bus so I took a walk into town to get hot, then got ice cream to cool off.

After I had a giant nap because I am still a little sicky.

at eight, the culinary arts prof Adam and the three culinary students cooked us all and Italian and Indigenous inspired dinner.

There was a black berry salad wrapped in prosciutto, I had mine without the prosciutto.

then there was risotto with deer from home and salmon, I had mine without the meat and made with goats cheese.

lastly the dessert was baking powder biscuit style bannock strawberry short cake.

After dinner we hung out in our room with people coming in and out for a while. Then everyone left and I went to sleep.1
